Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) from our regenerative farm is hand-harvested early in the season and cold-pressed to preserve its natural flavor and nutrients. With an acidity below 0.3%, it meets the highest standards for premium olive oil—well below the 0.8% limit set by the International Olive Council for EVOO. This low acidity reflects the quality of the olives and the care taken during the harvest and production process of the oilive oil.
